Was MI5 represented at the meeting between Leon Brittan and Geoffrey Dickens?

A recent Freedom of Information request by the BBC has resulted in the release of the Note of a meeting which took place on 23rd November 1983.

The attendees included Leon Brittan, David Mellor and Geoffrey Dickens.
